On November 5, 2019, a Vietnamese customer visited GeoTegrity Eco Pack (Xiamen) co., ltd. to inspect the production line of pulp molded degradable tableware.There were three clients (2 engineers and 1 chinese-vietnamese translator).For the first time visiting, the client made some modifications in the meeting room of the office building, and be led by the business supervisor to introduce the company and related information of the project.
Through introduction and material review, the customer has a clearer understanding, but this is far from enough, the supervisor has left enough time to answer questions for the customer.In order to go deeper and more detailed, the supervisor led the customer directly to the workshop site with questions, accompanied by engineers throughout.From pulping system, power system to workshop layout including pipes, machinery and equipment performance, give detailed explanation to customers one by one.
The unfinished business continued on November 6th. First of all, the customer summarized what they had seen and felt on November 5th and learned about the project. Secondly, he put forward their doubts, and the supervisor and engineer helped to answer them.
